nice ryu.i use a program called digi cel. it's a digital line tester, i don't scan them (although you can) i shot them with a digital camera.i think you can download free line testersone is called monkeyjamand but a cheep digital camera and set up your own line tester.really quick way to see if the movement is working and produce animation. then you can always scan and colour them after.thank for the comment
